This licence statement constitutes a legal agreement ("licence Agreement") between you (either as an individual or a single entity) and Nanyang Polytechnic ("NYP") for the software product identified above ("Software"), including any software, media, and accompanying on-line or printed documentation.

BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU SHALL HAVE AGREED TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT.

Any use of the program which is illegal under international or local law is not allowed by this licence. Person(s) committing such action(s) will be solely held responsible.
